Thank you Mitchel Road Pres. for giving me the opportunity to speak at your Sunday school classes.  And thank you Chris and Christy for playing the amazing hosts for the evening.

And, of course, thank you  Brian, Sarah, Judy Kay and Jimmy for out after dinner company and relaxing conversation!

Wonderful day with the Godfreys and an evening with Becky and Bobby.  Thank you for coming out to hear about our call to serve in Seattle.  We appreciate it.

Breakfast with Mary, drive to Greenville, time with the Godfrey family!

Last day in Greenville:  Coffee in the morning with our new best friend, Pastor Bradley Cox, wrote thank you notes afterwards, lunch with Ruth's sister, Mary Grace, and then more coffee with Ruth's old friend Jessica.  We then left for Chattanooga and "had" to go through the mountain pass so as to avoid Atlanta rush hour (as anyone knows is a disastrous experience).  Of course, the mountains were amazingly beautiful as the pictures below can slightly attest.

After dragging ourselves into Greenville we spent the afternoon with Ruth's family and grandma out in "the country" celebrating Father's Day.  Enduring the heat for good company and good food we then spent the night with Mary Grace's friends from church sharing our vision and desire to serve in Seattle.

Spent the morning eating blueberry pancakes with Derek and Katie Rigby.  Then hit the road for Greenville, SC for Ruth's family.  Our little Honda CRV hit over 2,000 miles on the trip so far.  Yikes.  Going to have to change the oil again when we get back.  And, oh yeah, Happy Birthday Ruth!!!!!!!  Send her your love.
